                                                                                         About

The Association had been established in 2009 as a traditional ethical organization for investigative specialists. The Association was registered in Armenia as a Non-Governmental Organization. It was proposed as the best form of legal entity that could receive appropriate rights and obligations for implementing its concept and mission.

The idea was intended to unify professionals interested in the international practice of research and investigation. Every country's legislation regulates social relations in the area of the right to know and privacy with taking into account cultural, social economy and many other aspects and finally in a democratic and non-democratic manner and forms. The regulation affects a social or general sense of the right to know and privacy. However, it does not destroy a social need in information and protection of one. Even in inappropriate interpretation by lawmakers, some universal and inalienable rights were recognized by many governments and appropriately forms regulated but it is not enough to say about international standards of implementation or satisfaction right to know and privacy on the general panel. Periodically it proposes a counter-vision of the same categories between numerous lawmakers and politicians.

History presents many cases when the philosophy was intending to re-qualify the nature of rights (Even they were not stated by law.) but this tool did not nullify the need for implementation of these rights.
Our Association leads by the established local and international concepts based on the spirit of freedom and democracy supports all subjects whose actions and efforts are directed on the implementation of the right to know and privacy with taking into account a social need and demand on it.
